About the owner: I have vacationed in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area and have family in the area. I absolutely fell in love with the area and particularly the people. I am active duty military, so I don't get to make it to the mountains as often as I'd like to. But, pleasing my guests is a very high priority of mine because I want them to have the same enjoyment and satisfaction I have whenever I stay in the mountains. The surrounding faith-based community is the most appealing facet that draws my attention to this area. I assure you the beauty and the peace I feel whenever I get to stay at this home is very unique.
Why the Owner Chose Pigeon Forge:
Located only minutes from the Parkway, this lovely cabin is far enough into the mountain community to provide you with a peaceful and quiet setting that is unmatched. After spending just one night here, you will realize how much you'll enjoy the serene privacy of this cabin. You never know what natural wildlife may happen past while you're sitting there.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
The most unique and wonderful benefit of this cabin is the serene privacy that it provides. Whether it is relaxing in the jacuzzi, cuddling next to a warm fire in the fireplace, or enjoying the beautiful scenery on your private back porch... this cabin has it. It provides the perfect recipe to relax and enjoy the company you are with without the hustle and bustle of everyday stress.

We had a great time at the cabin. The kids really enjoy it. We all sat on the screened in back porch and watched squirrels play. We had a great time and to visit soon again.

My husband and I honeymooned at this little cabin, and it was great! It's very romantic and super cute. I definitely recommend it to any couple. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon. The hot tub was a nice added bonus, as well.

This perfect little cabin in the woods made our vacation as wonderful as it was! I was beyond thrilled that the cabin was so much better than I had ever expected it to be. The price and the pictures do not do this cabin justice! When we arrived the cabin was newly decorated for Christmas, which gave it even more of a homey touch. We had recieved an email prior to the visit from the owner, outlining any and all instructions for the property, which was fantastic. We had no problems trying to get anything to work because we simply followed the detailed instructions that were left. The cabin was unbelievably clean and smelled delightful! We were also extremely excited to see that the owner had installed a hot tub on the back deck the day that we arrived! It was so relaxing to spend the evenings enjoying it! The owner also called a few times during our stay to make sure that everything was going great with us! He was extremely kind, helpful, and generous! We couldn't have picked a better cabin for our Tennessee vacation! We will absolutely be returning again!

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Frankly Peaceful.  You see, I'm basically a lazy man at heart, and for me to got to the wilds of the woods, and the mountains would take something astronomical to move me. Besides, for us it would be a 3 1/2 hour drive through treacherous roads of the Interstates and mountain backroads. Well, I went with trepidations and encountered some heavy traffic in Sevierville, which was no big deal, it was tourism at it's peak. I'm a beach lover, and encountering this traffic at the beach is OK. But, what's HERE??? In the WOODS??!! Also, finding the route to the cabin was a bit intimidating for a flat-lander beach bum. Up a network of winding roads, we finally reached our destination. We arrived to see a quaint little "log cabin" type house, located in a wooded area. It was eye awakening, for I noticed there were other cabins peppered around the area at a good distance apart from each other. So, we found the key in a "lock-box" on the porch, and I just happen to see a broom handy, so I swept some leaves that had fallen off the front porch. I unlocked the front door and what did I see? This beautiful setting of a kitchen, with everything that one could ever need! A dinette and living room fully furnished, and with a fireplace, two doors leading to the screened back porch with lounge furniture, and yes, TWO flat screen TVs, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. As I stood looking out that back porch, God's creation suddenly seemed to explode with it's beauty right before my very eyes, with the sounds of nature that was music to our ears. We couldn't help but say, "WOW!!" Further exploration revealed a bedroom, with a beautiful queen size bed, that looked hand made, two bathrooms and a jacuzzi tub. "All this beauty in the middle of the woods?" I thought. We were ecstatic to say the least! We didn't need one thing except to show up...with groceries, of course. The next morning, I arose to God's lovely "show place." I made some coffee and had planned to read my Bible on the porch when, looking out, I was overwhelmed with joy, because it was like God was saying to me, "Happy Birthday, Rod."  You see, the Thursday we were there was my birthday. I immediately went to my knees to thank Him for this gift of awesome natural beauty before me. Do we intend on coming back periodically and every chance we get? You betcha'! Would I do it again? In a "skinny minute!" I'll be calling to make another reservation SOON!!

My hubby and 13 yr old enjoyed this sweet cabin! Loved the two full bathrooms and huge screened porch. We heard nothing but crickets it was so quiet and nice. But only 5 miles using a cut thru road and we were on the main drag with shopping, eateries, and Dollywood. Water pressure was great, tv's in each room made for happy teenager and a great huge jetted tub. Thanks so much.
