My husband and I took our son and his family to Pigeon Forge on vacation. Our stay at Seymour in the Smokies was the best. The accommodations were excellent and close to the Parkway. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The owner was very cordial each time we spoke on the phone and he gave very good directions in an e-mail to the property. He even called after we checked in to make sure everything was OK. The children as well as the adults really enjoyed the game room downstairs. We loved all the flat screen TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the den. If we make a return trip to Pigeon Forge, we would love to stay at Seymour in the Smokies again.

We had a great time in this home. the home was wonderful. The location was awesome! That is what made this house so nice. It only takes a few minutes to get to the parkway. We have a toddler that gets car sick so avoiding curvy roads is a must. We will stay here again the next time we stay in gatlinburg!
the home had everything we could ever want. We just wish we would have had more time to enjoy it! With two little ones, we stayed busy. We did enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood. We also visited the petting zoo and aquarium. Our daughter called it her "new home" and still asks each day to go back to her "new home"!
The owners provided a email ahead of time with all Kinds of great information and they even called once we arrived to check and make sure everything was ok.

Pigeon Forge is a frequent escape for our family. We have season passes to Dollywood and also enjoy the many other venues. We have stayed in many cabins. This one is at the top of our list and will be our first check when we schedule our next trip. The location was idea. Our host was very responsive and communicated well. The description of the property was very accurate and still did not do the place justice. The fact that the property was not a "cabin" might be a negative to some, but the welcome inside the property is reason enough to request this property.

The layout of this house is great, plenty of room and comfortable furniture and the house is very clean! Very convenient to the parkway. Plenty of entertainment with all the games in the basement and it was nice to relax in the hot tub after walking around all day. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had about the place before renting and sent very detailed info about the house with directions to get there. I would highly recommend staying here!

The place was perfect for our group. So much excess space and amenities. My mother 58, grandfather 88, nephew 8, niece 5 and I (36) had a wonderful time. That is not easy to do with such a large gap between ages. The kids wanted to play in the game room every second we were home. The adults enjoyed the hottub after long days at the parks. The owners sent us an email that went into every detail about every part of the house including a back way to Dollywood that made it so easy and stressfree to avoid the traffic. My only complaint is a few sugar ants that got into a pop-tart box.

Location is #1. After the first two days, I realized and appreciated our excellent location--easy weekday travel, weekend bypass, central for delivery and carry-out, and Sonic around the corner for sweet-tooth cravings!
The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Everything was in working order, and all of the beds and den furniture were sturdy and comfortable. The house is spacious with three separate bedrooms (each with bath and TV), downstairs game room, outside patio, and upstairs deck. We could enjoy being together for relaxing family-times and meals in the den/dining area, yet have a number of cozy places to choose for alone-time. Thanks to the washer and dryer, our "vacation" lingered because we returned home with clean clothes and no wash to do!
This is a great vacation home if you're on a budget. Our family was immensely pleased with the luxury of having things we enjoy and don't get to experience often, now available to us 24/7 -- cable TV, Jacuzzi, pool table, air hockey, and foosball tables -- with no wait! Our entertainment needs were well-satisfied. The Wi-Fi access allowed us to stay current with home-schooling, too.
The attractions we enjoyed the most were: Smoky Mountain Knife Works (Sevierville), Lumberjack Feud, Titanic, Pyramid, Magi-Quest, Three Bears General Store, Gold-mining, and Putt-Putt. A note about Magi-Quest--arrive when they open Mon-Thurs and play for 1 hr. Very few people are there and you can quickly complete many quests. On the weekend it is crowded, so little can be accomplished.
It is important to me to feel safe where I stay and safety at this location was never a concern. The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly and drew you outdoors. The house has secure doors and locks with good exterior lighting. We could park our car in the garage, so whatever was inadvertently left in the car could be retrieved by any family member because all were safely inside.

Absolutely gorgeous house located around the corner from it all. Community around this home is quiet and respectful, which is a far cry from a normal hotel experience. Went to one of the many amazing car shows there and you can park your show car in the security of a garage!! I found the area to be very family oriented and has tons of activities to enjoy for all ages. Having your own house to yourself makes you feel at home away from home. Definitely will be going back soon.

I would like to say that I had a very pleasant experience at this residence. It was well maintained and was centrally located for the area that I was visiting. Lots of local entertainment, shops, Dollywood right around the corner and just a short drive to Gatlinburg. Of course when you stay in one place you get to visit and see all of the local events it is way different than traveling from hotel to hotel. This location was easy to find and was very comfortable and I have been recommending it to family and friends. So enjoy your stay if you are here. Love the local restaurants and music at night in Pigeon Forge. Lots of activities for young children also. The zoo down the road from it was a petting zoo and my grandson just loved. it.
